This day offers us an opportunity to find balance in our own lives. The transition from winter to spring encourages us to plant new seeds in our lives physically, emotionally and spiritually, which germinate in the growing sunlight. A slow paced class. Slow Flow will offer the chance to spend several breaths in each posture, then link movement and breath together in a gentle sequence with the intent to flow into a state of release. After which, a credit will be deducted from your account if you're not able to make it to the class.
