💫 W E D N E S D A Y, May 17th 💫
🕊 Journey back to YOU by making time for rest + relaxation. By allowing mind/body rest, such as with conscious relaxation via sound meditation, we give our body's innate wisdom permission to flow unobstructed.
⚛️ Our health and well-being cannot flourish and thrive in a state of "fight or flight." To the mind, it is simply not a priority to think beyond the present threat and survival. Although humans can go against this current for a temporary time, it is unsustainable to push, push, push without respite in the long-term.
📆 Reclaim your rest and support your whole self by welcoming conscious relaxation. No one turned away for lack of funds. Work-trade and donation options available.
💫 Join us for an evening of creativity and relaxation. Our evening will begin with a period of mindfulness coloring to de-stress and reduce anxiety through a therapeutic form of art that is accessible to most. (Colored pencils/markers and coloring materials will be provided.)
Following mindfulness coloring, our evening will come to a close with a sound bath for relaxation. Sound baths can be thought of as a vibrational massage for the nervous system in which the healing response can be activated to support healthy functioning of cells and bodily systems.
Resonate in your fullest expression as you tune into you. Drop into a deeply relaxed state guided by the enveloping frequencies of crystal singing bowls and various instruments that can assist in regulating the stress response system to support mental, emotional, and physical wellness right down to the cellular level.
All are welcome. No prior experience required.
📩 Direct message with questions.
