The art and gift of mindfulness in everyday life
Practicing present moment awareness in everyday life allows us to truly savor each moment. It is, in a way, meditation in motion.
We can practice the art of being present when engaging in conversation, sipping on a cup of coffee, driving, etc.
There are several potential benefits to practicing mindfulness in our everyday lives, including:

By looking, hearing, tasting, and feeling our way into the present moment, we give ourselves the breathing room to take in all of life, to truly savor it, and approach it with a sense of newness rather than operating on autopilot as it passes on by.
